Fringe Benefits

Fringe is so hot right now and its popping up everywhere! I watched the finale of Project Runway and the winning designer's collection was full of fringe. Done right, it adds flair to any ensemble and gives a nod to the 70's without looking like you showed up to a 'decades' party. If you're skeptical about wearing fringe, start with accessories! Here are some of my favorite fringe pieces.

I had to start out boldly with this statement jacket. Its not something you see every day and thats why I love it. Plus, the dusty blue suede keeps it a little more elegant and nighttime appropriate than a typical camel color.

I got these earrings from Bauble Bar recently...they're not overtly fringe but I think they still qualify. Check them out here.

Another recent Bauble Bar purchase is this long chain necklace. Usually I don't gravitate towards long necklaces, but I'm obsessed with this one. It looks so great with a simple tee and jeans, and pretty much everything else. (Thanks Lauren for letting me take pics of you xxoo)

I think my favorite fringe item has to be these booties! My roommate Lauren, has them in tan suede and I have them in tan leather (matching omg). I find myself reaching for these constantly as they go with almost everything I own.
